Is it possible for the burglars to exchange currency through some shady stores or whatever? Or does it have to be a proper store like American express?

I think exchanging Hong Kong money should not be a popular thing like exchanging Canadian money here in nyc; especially for non-Chinese people to do and I want to catch that f*cking ******* who broke into my home.

I am going to Japan in about 2 weeks, but was planning on exchanging my money next week, but after observing the exchange rates these past few days, the US Dollar just keeps going down and down. While the Japanese Yen keeps going up and up.

Yesterday, I could get 99 yen for $1 in USD. Now, it has gone down to only 97 yen for $1.

I believe it was around 110+ yen for $1 just about a month ago (which I should have exchanged then). So do you suggest I exchange it soon within the next few days?

I don’t really know what to do. I don’t want to only get 80-90 yen for every $1 if it’s going to be like that next week or in the next 2 weeks.

If you’re knowledgeable in Economics and exchange rates, would you help me decide?
