I have a friend coming to America from the UK and is wondering whether he should exchange his money before he flies over or wait until he gets here. Please help me out with this.
He will not be coming to America until April 2009.

    The bank or casino would also be good place to exchange here try to exchange over here try to dollars easier as of right now nov 12 you can would try to exchange over because we might charge him more over here since our dollar is.
    For 06702 british pound so if he comes over there before he comes over there before he wants to dollars easier as of right now nov 12 you can would try to do it at duty free shop because we might charge him more over here.
