Stefanie Deline asked:

I will be leaving for Canada in a week. Would someone please let me know where is the best place to have my money exchanged? Should I do it at the San Francisco/Canada airport, a local bank in USA/Canada, or are there better places to get the money exchanged? Please advise. Thank you!!

What I do, is to go to the US Bank - one that has a Foreign Exchange Teller - and get enough Canadian Money to take care of the first couple of days up to the first Business Day. On the first Business Day, I go to the Royal Bank, Scotia Bank, or Bank of Montreal and change enough for the balance of my stay in Canada.
