Where can one go for currency exchange? Is there an option where I could possibly mail my money to them instea?

I just found a big wad of money I saved from my previous visit to Switzerland. I live in a small city and I am not exactly sure where I can go to convert my money.

Also, is there a possiblity that I don’t actually have to go anywhere but instead send this wad of money to whomever so they can exchange it for US dollars and mail me back with the converted sum?

    Have you thought of trying your local bank or another in town ? Mailing money and expecting to get it back? You are not serious , I hope.
