When you go to a Money Exchange, do I look at BUY or SELL when I want to exchange currencies?

For example, I am in Australia. I have $10 Singapore dollar and wish to exchange it to AUD. On the board, there is a list of currencies in rows with two categories in columns. Buy and sell. Which category should I be looking at? Buy or sell?
