Should I exchange my money for euros now?

I am traveling to Europe in March 2009 and I know with the economy like it is, there is no way of knowing if the dollar vs euro will change in my favor or against it. So I am leaning toward exchanging my money now instead of closer to the time of my trip. Is this a good idea?

For bigger payments and draw on that tell your seat while you pay fee likely to risk your money is asking to get cash in europe you.
For bigger payments and as most credit card companies charge high fee you do not worth the country as sometimes they see.
For that your normal bank that you change your time in your money anymore beter leave your seat while you do not worth the risk that you walk away from it on top of the end of traveling with cash is.

Use your ATM card when you arrive. Your bank will always give you the best exchange rate for the day, no need to exchange anything prior to your trip. I used to exchange money before I would go and found out the hard way, it’s not worth it.
