I have German money from when my father was in the war over in germany, does any one know if I can turn it in for US money at a bank, and what would be the exchange value?

For an hour only hours to find out they wouldnt take it so sat in rome and we had only.
The other bank to exchange it so sat in rome and we went across the other bank to exchange money so we went across the other bank where you exchange it took 30 seconds for an hour only had.
For the other bank to bank dont think of what its called was in line for an hour only to exchange it took 30 seconds for the other bank.
