    The rate is lower than the new notes with some kind of serial number that couldt remember he show me the rate.

    no such things …i’ve travelled to usa fr msia quite often…no prob wit money changer…. fr usd to RM and vice versa… unless u used fake conterfeit notes la…haha..kiddin…
