I would love to go on an exchange program next year but i’ll need to raise the money to go. I need to raise 13,800 to go to England or somewhere between 10,000 to 11,000 to go to America. Do you think I could raise this much or is it just too much.

i think u can do it through student loans easily.. and then u can pay them off after u get a job.
