Is it better to exchange money using a Traveler’s Check or using an ATM in the Narita Airport?

I am going to Japan next week and I was wonder if I get a better exchange rate using traveler’s checks or my ATM debit card.
Can I exchange my traveler’s check at the Narita Airport?
